SHIPPING AND REFUND POLICY

Effective April 1, 2018

This Shipping and Refund Policy applies to all purchases made at CulturedQuotes.com (“Cultured Quotes” or “we” or “us”). By placing an order with Cultured Quotes, you agree to be bound by this Shipping and Refund Policy. This Shipping and Refund Policy is part of and incorporated into our Terms of Service, which also apply to your use of this website and your purchases from Cultured Quotes. This Shipping and Refund Policy is part of the Terms of Service and does not replace, amend or modify the Terms of Service.

We offer a 30 day money back guarantee on almost every product we offer, with certain exceptions noted below. Please call us at 1 (855) 825-9898 or email us at [email protected] within 30 days of delivery to you and before attempting to return your product to obtain a return merchandise authorization (“RMA”). Please include a copy of your order confirmation in your email, or provide us with your order number and order date. We cannot issue a RMA number without your order details.

All returns must have a RMA number issued by Cultured Quotes prior to your return. Refunds sent with no RMA number will be returned to the sender.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

If we approve a return of a damaged or defective item, or an item that you received as the result of our error, we will pay for return shipping. We may issue a prepaid return shipping label to you, or we may reimburse or advance the actual cost of shipping.

Return shipping must be prepaid by you if you are returning an item that was not damaged, defective or received by you as the result of our error.

Cultured Quotes is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged prior to delivery to us. Please ship your return via a trackable shipping method and obtain insurance. You accept the risk of loss and/or damage for all shipments until they are received by us. We are not responsible for providing packaging for your return shipment, and you must ensure that your return shipment is safely and securely packaged.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not returnable:

  • items purchased on sale
  • perishable goods, such as food and flowers
  • dated or time-sensitive materials, such as newspapers, magazines and periodicals
  • intimate or sanitary goods
  • hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases
  • gift cards
  • downloadable software or media and other electronic or digital products
  • health and personal care items (as noted in the item description)
  • all items marked as non-returnable in the product description
  • Additionally, the following items will not be accepted for a return or, at our sole and exclusive discretion, may be partially refunded:

  • books and printed materials with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes or records that have been opened
  • any item that is not in its original condition or is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery to you
  • REFUNDS

    We will notify you by email after your return is received and inspected by us, and we will confirm whether your return has been accepted or rejected and the amount of your refund (if any). If your return is accepted, then your refund will be credited to you using your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.

    If you have not received your refund within 5 to 7 business days of our notice to you, please contact your bank or credit card company if you have not already done so. Your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post your refund, and any such delay is outside the control of Cultured Quotes.     EXCHANGES

    We will replace items within 30 days of delivery if they are defective or damaged or were received by you as the result of our error. Please call us at 1 (855) 825-9898 or email us at [email protected] within 30 days of delivery to obtain a RMA and to request a replacement or exchange.

    We will be responsible for the cost of return shipping (excluding packaging) for a defective or damaged item, and we will ship your replacement or exchange at no additional cost to you using a shipping method selected at our discretion.

    GIFTS

    If you return (subject to this policy) an item marked as a gift by the original purchaser and shipped directly to you by Cultured Quotes, you will receive a merchandise credit for the value of your return.

    If you return (subject to this policy) an item that was not marked as a gift by the original purchaser, we will credit any approved refund to the original purchaser’s original method of payment as set forth above.

    ORDER CANCELLATION REQUESTS

    Please submit order cancellation requests via email to [email protected] Cancellation requests must contain your full name, order number and your contact information. Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, provided that your payment has not been charged and/or your order has not shipped.

    If a cancellation request is processed and approved by us before a shipping confirmation is issued, then we will cancel your order and you will not be charged or, if your payment has already been processed, we will refund your order in full.

    If we process and approve your order cancellation after your order has shipped but before a shipping confirmation is issued, then we will issue a RMA and provide a refund (including original shipping but not including return shipping) after your order is returned to us as set forth in this policy.

    If your cancellation request is received or processed by us after a shipping confirmation is issued, then we are unable to approve your cancellation request and you may request a return of your order as described by this policy.

    PRODUCT WARRANTIES

    Except where expressly indicated on this website, no particular guarantee or warranty is offered by Cultured Quotes. Some items may be covered by a manufacturer guaranty or warranty. If you are unsure whether your product carries a guaranty or warranty, please contact us at [email protected] We may assist you with making a warranty claim (if available) to the manufacturer, but Cultured Quotes is not responsible for satisfying any manufacturer guaranty or warranty.

    OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

    Our inventory fluctuates based on product availability and demand. If an item is identified as out of stock, please contact us to inquire about availability. \We may be able to special order certain items.

    Occasionally, items marked as in stock will sell out before we can ship your order. We will notify you by email as soon as possible if any part of your order is out of stock. Depending on the circumstances, we may ask you whether you would like to wait for an out of stock item to be restocked, or if you would like a credit or refund for an out of stock item.

    PRE-ORDERS

    Some items listed for sale may not yet be available to us and are available for pre-order only. Pre-orders are reserved upon payment on a first come, first served basis. You may also request to be placed on a notification list and we will contact you when products are in stock and available for delivery. Customers who pre-order and pay for pre-ordered items are given priority over those on our notification list.
